    • Free Plan: Includes 5 job credits per month.
    • PRO Plan: 100 monthly job credits for $8.99/month or $89/year (2 months free).
    • PREMIUM Plan: 250 monthly job credits for $14.99/month or $149/year (2 months free).
  • What are job credits, and how do they work?

    Job credits are used to submit job descriptions into the service. Each submission consumes 1 job credit.

  • Will unused job credits carry over to the next month?

    No, job credits reset every month, and your account will be credited with the monthly allotment for your plan.

  • Do job credits expire?

    Monthly job credits are valid only for the current billing cycle and reset at the end of the billing cycle. Credits from cancelled or downgraded plans will not carry over.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal, accessible through the menu or your account settings page.

    If your card is declined:

    1. Disable any VPN or proxy server.
    2. Ensure your name, CVC, and postal code match your card and bank records.
    3. Make sure your card's country matches your billing country.
    4. Verify that 3D Secure or similar authentication is enabled with your bank.

    If issues persist, contact your bank for further assistance.

    Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After this period, it will be permanently deleted unless you renew your subscription.

    Currently, QSourcer is designed for individual accounts. Team accounts are on our roadmap for future development.

    With the free plan, you get 5 job credits. With the PRO and PREMIUM plans, you get monthly job credits.
